Library Mission Statement

The Messenger Public Library informs, connects, and enriches the community of North Aurora.

The Messenger Public Library seeks to inform, connect, and enrich the surrounding North Aurora community by creating a safe and welcoming center with a diverse set of easily accessible resources.

We are located in the Village of North Aurora near The Fox River. Our staff is happy to provide tools and resources to help the community grow.

We provide many resources for all ages both online and in-person. Some of these include learning resources and databases as well as resources for small businesses and job hunting. In-person, we host many programs to promote learning, diversity, and fun!

Stop in to find your next great read, speak with a librarian, or settle in for a quiet place to study. We have public computers, wifi, comfy seating, and welcoming staff members.
